Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic CT scans with precision, adhering to physician orders.
Position patients safely and comfortably, helping them feel at ease during the scanning process.
Administer contrast materials when needed and follow strict protocols to ensure optimal imaging results.
Monitor patient vitals during scans to ensure safety and intervene when necessary.
Work alongside radiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret images and aid in the diagnosis and treatment process.
Maintain and operate state-of-the-art CT equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Ensure patient records are detailed and accurate, including dosage information and any adverse reactions.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Stay ahead with continuous education on the latest advancements in CT technology.
Requirements:
ARRT Certification required.
BLS Certification required.
At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a healthcare setting.
