Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

As a CT Technologist, you will:

Operate CT Imaging Equipment: Capture high-quality diagnostic images using CT scanners to assist in medical diagnoses.
Prepare Patients: Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and cooperation throughout the imaging process.
Ensure Safety Protocols: Follow all radiation safety procedures to protect patients, staff, and yourself during imaging.
Collaborate with Medical Teams: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate images and support patient care.
Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Document Imaging Processes: Keep accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures, patient data, and results.
Requirements for the CT Technologist Role

To qualify for this role, you must have:

BLS Certification (required)
ARRT Certification (required)
2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist
