PS Companies is seeking an experienced Neuro Cardiac ICU RN for an opening in Evansville, IN. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position.

Skillset:
REQUIRED: NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong neuro assessment skills. Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (travelers are required to pass a tele test), ETT/vent management (RT available), Initiate/titrate (sedatives, paralytics, cardiac drips, vasoactive, insulin, etc.), sepsis protocols/care, post ROSC therapeutic hypothermia protocol. Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!
PREFERRED: CRRT, tPa administration/assessments, massive transfusion (Belmont).

Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Deaconess Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY – 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Active WI or Compact License.
2+ years ICU/MICU/Neuro ICU experience
Travel experience
Ability to clear a drug screen/background check.
BLS (AHA) Certification
ACLS (AHA) Certification
NIH Certification
