Pros
Small hospital and the majority of the patient experience is great.
Cons
Smaller hospital, so the pay is low. Low census call offs are high making it hard to maintain hours. Med/Surg ratio 1:6, IMCU ratio 1:4(acuity not considered) and they staff ICU short so most times you take on a 3rd
