Description
Location: The Baylor Heart Hospital Plano – 5 CUB
Specialty: Cardiovascular Telemetry PCU, ICU, CVICU
Patient Population: All things CV from STEMI to LVAD implantation, Cardiogenic shock, AAA, CABG, Valve, TEVR, Devices include TPW, IABO, Impella, TTM, lumbar drain and CRRT.
Shift/Schedule: Full Time | Night Shift | 3/12's | 7pm-7am
Experience: Candidates MUST have minimum of one (1+) year (prefer 2+years) of recent, full-time Cardiovascular Progressive Care & ICU
Patient Ratios: 1:4 (Tele); 1:3 (PCU); 1:2 (ICU); 1:1 (CVICU)
Qualifications
Grad of an Accredited Program
Specialized field of study should be nursing.
Candidates MUST have minimum of one (1+) year (prefer 2+years) of recent, full-time Cardiovascular Progressive Care & ICU
A current and valid nursing license.
Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
