In a Skilled Nursing facility, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses. Must have strong, recent ortho skills, preferably at least one year of experience in a SNF setting. Qualifications
• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisory Professional References
