Additional Information About the Role

The Sourcing & Brand Engagement Manager leads all talent pipelining strategies across both BJC Health System East and West regions, managing teams of brand and sourcing advisors in addition to the technology and vendors who support this work.  Day to day responsibilities will require a three-fold scope, continuing and evolving current recruitment strategies, redeveloping and implementing the BJC Health System employer brand and aligning process/technologies across a system-wide enterprise.  The ideal candidate understands both recruitment operations and content creation, data analysis and systems administrative processes.

The Talent Strategies Team at BJC HealthCare provides a full range of talent acquisition and recruitment support activities for BJC HealthCare across 15 hospitals and community health locations.  By acting as a strategic resource for BJC hiring leaders and building strong relationships with internal and external customers, applicants and candidates, the Talent Strategies Team consultants and advises on best practices for bringing talent into the organization, supporting candidates through the hiring process and delivering an optimal candidate experience.


Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Leads BJC efforts to attract and hire talent. Focuses on external brand and marketing efforts for talent acquisition, leads a team of sourcing professionals and manages TA sourcing efforts and processes across the enterprise.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
  • Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
  • Develop, maintain and deploy marketing and job advertising campaigns, brand messages and job board programs.
  • Lead team of sourcing professionals in the sourcing and screening of talent for roles across the enterprise
  • Develop and lead Sourcing training and development activities.
  • Design Sourcing process and standard work.
  • Manages community and vendor relations by establishing point of contact, developing schedules for interaction with Sourcing Specialists and BJC leaders, coordinate invoicing and negotiate pricing. Creates pipelines of candidates.
