Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
Minimum Experience Required:
2+ years of nursing experience
1+ year of recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting

Required Certification/Licensure:

Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association

Position Overview:
As a Specialty Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care to patients on a per-shift basis while also leading and supervising clinical staff. You will collaborate closely with the facility's CNO, ensuring clinical staff competency and effective resource management.

Pros

Most of the staff are friendly, the facility is large, has many coffee shops, gift shops, and restaurants.

Cons

Most of the management is very strict and uncooperative, the patients get very poor treatment and the protocols are really bad, they need to merge them instead of having everything separate.
