Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Licensed Practical Nurse, will work with our Value-Based Operations team on an assigned group of patients performing chart reviews, updating the electronic medical record and performing outreach as necessary. The LPN collaborates with others on our multidisciplinary team to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve outcomes. This position does not perform direct face to face care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing School with current licensure to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact or licensure eligibility required.
- One (1) year of LPN experience required.
- BLS Certification required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Experience with solving insurance issues preferred.
