Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provides education and assistance for patients who have or are at risk of developing diabetes. Educate diabetic patients about the disease and assists them in developing the skills they need to manage diabetes through behavior modification.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Two (2) years nursing experience
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
