SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and supervision in the operations of Physical Therapy Services to include supervision of staff, staffing schedules and day-to-day planning of the delivery of patient care. In addition, this position will treat patients, mentor staff, provide input into the annual budget, and develop programs to improve the delivery of patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited program plus 4-6 years of clinical patient care experience required.
• Must hold a Pennsylvania license in Physical Therapy.
• Must have strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
