Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist is an excellent opportunity to administer participants' evaluations and therapeutic procedures. This professional-level position offers you independent operation, and the capacity to apply your initiative, analysis, and service orientation in your daily work functions.Responsibilities
- You will provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the plan of care
- You will assist the IDT in the evaluation and assessment of the patient's functional level by applying appropriate diagnostic and prognostic procedures and tests
- You will recommend orthotics as indicated by condition and needs
- You will treat the participant through the use of therapeutic activities designed to restore function and self-care activities for the purpose of improving function
- You will observe, record, and report the participant's reaction to treatment and any changes in the participant’s condition to the physician, Clinical Director or designed, or IDT as appropriate
Requirements
- Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association or successfully completed the educational requirements of occupational therapy
- State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $40.90 - $60.32 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
