Yakima was my first travel job. The nurse manager was aware and she made it her priority to ensure that my experience was good...and it was. The staff was helpful and the patient nurse ratio was mostly 5:1.
Cons
Floating, and figuring out where to find supplies...but that comes with being a travel nurse
