Base Compensation: $118,331.00 - 160,495.00 plus bonus and call pay

Position Summary
MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well established and expanding practice. As a provider within our physician governed cardiovascular institute, you’ll find everything you need to excel in your job including outstanding facilities, comprehensive resources and talented teammates sharing your commitment to quality patient care.Requirements
- Masters of Science in Nursing
- Post Bachelor’s Nurse Practitioner Program
- Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
- Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam through an accredited organization
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as an ARNP in cardiology services preferred or ARNP with previous RN experience in cardiology
- Acute Care Management of General Cardiology Patients

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $118,331.00 - $160,495.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
