40Summary:
The Advanced Therapeutics Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the system coordination of the clinical, operational, and financial strategy and implementation of precision medicine, high-impact therapies, pharmacogenomics, and other complex therapies. This individual collaborates with medicine, nursing, research, finance, payor relations, revenue cycle, and billing to optimize the prescribing and dispensing strategies that ensure the highest quality patient care while optimizing revenue.
Qualifications
- PharmD required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience or a successful completion of a PGY2 is required
- Texas Pharmacist License or eligible (must be obtained w/in 90 days)
- BPS Board Certification is required within 1 year of employment
