Responsibilities: The Service Line Director is responsible for the development, coordination and operational management of their assigned service line(s). Collaborates with various departments, physicians and staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care, efficient operations and financial success. Develops and implements strategic plans that drive growth through improved access, quality, patient experience/satisfaction, provider relations, employee engagement and expense management. Qualifications: Education• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related field within 16 months of hire or transfer into the position required  Experience• 5 years of experience in Health Care Operations required• Surgical background preferred • Prior supervisory/management experience required
