You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), assisting with a variety of patient caretasks and ensuring a safe, supportive, and clean environment for our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Patient Care Support: - Assist with patient assessments and care provisions, including measuring vital signs and recording patient information. - Help patients meet their nutritional and elimination needs. - Support patient mobility and comfort care, providing reassurance and emotional support. - Safety and Cleanliness: - Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean, clutter-free environment and observing isolation precautions. - Respond promptly to patient needs and assist with emergency situations as they arise. - Operational Efficiency: - Collaborate with nursing staff to prioritize tasks and manage departmental operations. - Assist with clerical duties, including data entry and organizing patient charts. - Professional Development: - Maintain current knowledge and competency in LNA practices. - Participate in ongoing training and assist with the orientation of new staff.
