Pros
Very supportive. The scheduler was amazing and adjusted my schedule for me whenever I requested. They are very big on training and the first week is all Epic training/refresher training, which I appreciated. My supervisor was very supportive and the entire team were very pleasant and easy to get along with. They had a huge team and were not stretched thin. It was a great assignment and I'd happily go back.
Cons
The traffic was really the only con. Getting into and out of Lynn was a nightmare every day. I talked to another nurse that whose territory was in the heart of downtown and she said she had major trouble finding places to park, and spent a lot of extra time just circling around desperately trying to find a space. She said it greatly impacted her ability to see all her patients on time. I don't really know what can be done about that...but that's definitely a consideration if you're thinking of taking a downtown territory! At the very lest, bring a compact car!

About
Despite being the largest city in New England, Boston is relatively compact and highly navigable, making it easy to explore. It boasts an astounding number of historic sites and a wide range of other attractions. The birthplace of the American Revolution, it's a great place to learn about Colonial history in a way that's much more interesting than reading a textbook. Follow the 2.5-mile-long Freedom Trail that connects several sites, starting from Boston Commons, the country's oldest city park. Marked by a red stripe, the trail travels through the city's most historic neighborhoods, including downtown and the North End, concluding at the Charlestown waterfront. Plenty of modern delights also await, from whale-watching tours and exploring the Institute of Contemporary Art in the South Boston waterfront area to catching a Red Sox game at legendary Fenway Park.
