Pros

Traveler friendly, surgeons are nice, always plenty of support staff available, parking close by for a one-time $10 fee.

Cons

May not be assigned to work in rooms a lot. Instead you may be giving breaks, checking case carts for the day, and pulling stuff for the next day’s cases.
