Qualifications - External - Pediatric Nursing experience 3-5 years - Current Massachusetts RN License required. - AD with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience or BSN degree in nursing required. - Knowledge of IV Therapy Nursing - IV Therapy Nursing experience preferred. - Dedication to both bedside teaching and formal hospital education programs. - Ability to multi-task - Ability to develop and support unit-based quality improvement/research projects. - Day/evening/night rotations including weekends and holidays required.
