Required: · At least 5 years of RN work experience in a relevant clinical area. · Active State of MA Registered Nursing License. · Current BLS certification. · Strong project management and time management skills. Preferred: · BSN degree. · Recent experience in education or a precepting role. · Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification. Schedule/Location: We are currently seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position requires on-site presence at our primary care and specialty practices within the Massachusetts MetroWest regional area. The Opportunity: As an Ambulatory Clinical Educator, you will be an essential part of our practices, providing crucial support to ensure exceptional care. You will work closely with a team of professionals, serving as a facilitator, academic liaison, and educator, to meet federal, state, and accreditation body requirements. This involves ensuring adherence to regulations set by DEA, CLIA, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, TJC, and CM S. Besides ensuring regulatory compliance, you will help establish a culture that fosters clinical excellence throughout our locations. Collaborating closely with a teammate, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical education for around 150 employees. Your duties will include developing and implementing educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of RN, LPN, and MA staff. In addition, evaluating program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
