Great opportunity to join an experienced Case Management team. Role focuses on transition planning and Utilization Review. RN Case Managers are assigned geographically to inpatient units and paired with a Care Team to facilitate through put.. This position is focused on Emergency Department coverage on weekend Saturday/ Sunday 8 AM - 6 PM with a goal of assessment and developement of initial transiion plan . Utilization Review is embedded in this role - team uses InterQual and provide training in use of this product. Looking for good critical thinking skills and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment. Culturally competent. - Three or more years of clinical experience in a health care delivery system. - Completion of an accredited Nursing program. - Current Nursing License in the State of MA is required.
