Our programs and services include: - Adolescent GYN Health/First GYN exam - Childbirth Center - Care for trans men, genderqueer and gender-nonconforming individuals - Contraceptive Management (birth control) - Fertility counseling and treatment, intrauterine insemination, reproductive health - Gynecology - Mammography - Menopause Care - Midwifery Services - Minimally Invasive Surgery - Obstetrics (pregnancy care) - Osteoporosis Care (bone health) - Pelvic Floor disorders - Reproductive Endocrinology - STI/sexually transmitted infections - Urinary Incontinence (loss of bladder control) - Vaginal/Vulvar diseases and disorders Role Overview We are seeking a Hybrid full-time, 40-hour RN to support Phone Triage at our specialty onsite, Monday through Friday 8:45am-5:15pm. One day a week will be remote, and we ae flexible on what day! Dedicated to phone triage, this Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required - Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or a program approved by the AHA required prior to employment - OBGYN/Midwifery Nursing experience preferred
