EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS · Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing · Current Massachusetts Nursing License · Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred · BLS EXPERIENCE · One year of management experience required PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION: The Staff Development, Employee Health RN facilitates and oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY: Reports to the Director of Nursing. #LI-OnSite
