The Opportunity: Harbor Medical is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for managing patients on Coumadin therapy, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to successfully implement treatment plans will be essential in delivering outstanding care. Responsibilities: - Monitor patients on Coumadin therapy and adjust dosages as necessary - Educate patients on Coumadin therapy, including potential side effects and precautions - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans - Perform regular patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and lab results - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns Location: 541 Main Street, South Weymouth Hours: Monday - Friday either 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility Don't miss out on this ambitious opportunity to join a world-class healthcare organization.
