The unit is devoted to the care of the acutely ill medical patient. The patient population on this unit includes a diverse mix of medical diagnoses requiring complex nursing care. The unit is in search of a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-time Patient Care Associate (PCA) in the Medical Unit, with day and evening shift availability. We are only considering full-time applicants for this opportunity. Why This Role Is Important? The PCA plays a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients in the Medical Unit. As a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe and compassionate patient care environment. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of patients and their families during critical moments of their healthcare journey. Our dedicated team works on a rotational holiday and weekend schedule, providing 36-40 hours of coverage per week.
