Location Our Internal Medicine Office is located at 1 Park Way Haverhill, MA 01830. We are looking for a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to support our practice onsite from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. General Overview Our Medical Assistants play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices. Dedicated to clinical support, the Medical Assistant ensures a smooth patient flow within the practice and assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physician or advanced practitioner. When hiring, we look for candidates who not only possess relevant skills, but also positive attitudes, innovative spirits, and genuine passion for the work. Qualifications - Education: Formal medical education, training and certification as a Medical Assistant. - Certification: National Certification is required (NHA, AAMA, NHA or NCCT) within 6 months - Experience: One year of experience in a community based medical practice Internal Medicine preferred
