Each Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care. Here's what the successful candidate will have: The ideal candidates will have the following background: · Current Massachusetts RN license required. · Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills required. Telemetry experience preferred Education and Experience: · Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. · Bachelor’s degree Nursing, preferred. · Demonstrated clinical competence and experience in geriatric or medical area. · Critical Care experience preferred (ie.
