This position reports to the Clinical Director, Cancer Center and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred - For candidates who do not have a BSN, a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in in radiation oncology or other relevant experience required - Licensure to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required - Current American Heart Association BLS certification required - Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to practice independently and as a team member required - Knowledge of basic computer skills required - Ability to maintain patient confidentiality required - Ability to communicate effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and family members required
