Pros
The RN’s I worked with were great. I stayed on my toes and never bored. Made money.
Cons
Incredibly understaffed unit at the time I was there. Only 2 permanent staff on nights and all the rest were travelers or contract. Unit maybe not managed well and did not seem to be a legit level 4 in my opinion (maybe due to the lack of staff and the immense patient loads). Safe harbor almost every shift I worked.
