POSITION SUMMARY

The social worker shall be responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of social work services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. The social worker will also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
