Description
ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full time Registered Nurse for our busy residency practice for Women's Health located in Wilmington, DE.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays
Position Highlights
- Follows team nursing model to support Middletown, Smyrna, and Newark practices.Home base is Wilmington.
- Will collaborate with the nursing team to manage busy message center and telephone/walk-in triage.
- Additional responsibilities include FMLA, prior authorizations, managing nursing visit schedule, patient teaching and prescription refills.
- Possibility for hybrid work in the future.
***Whether a position can be supported for remote work will be assessed based on whether ChristianaCare is able to meet the business requirements of the proposed remote location.
Education and Experience Requirements
- A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
- RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware.
- Two years of experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred.
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years.
- BLS certification required.
