Description
ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Delaware is searching for a dynamic Part Time Program Manager to support the Swank Memory Care Center in Wilmington.
This multi-skilled and experienced Program Manager will work in partnership to assist the Swank Endowed Chair in the development, implementation, and execution of Swank Memory Center initiatives and programming. The Program Manager will identify key partners (internal and external) and facilitate the creation of relationships through communication and collaboration between the Swank Chair, Swank Memory Center caregivers/providers, and internal and external resources to fulfill specific programs or initiatives. Drive strategic planning and stakeholder relationships to achieve Swank’s goal of becoming the leading program providing innovative memory and brain health care to the community we serve.

Work Schedule
Part-Time Benefits Eligible.
30 hours per week; flexibility on number of hours worked per day.
Opportunity to work one (1) remote day, after first 90 days.
No weekend/ holidays expected.

Key Responsibilities
Regular communication with the Endowed Chair or designee regarding special program(s) implementation and status
Participate as a member of Project Implementation Team to explore opportunities and available resources to execute initiatives
Present recommended quality and cost-effective resources to the Project Implementation Team for feedback and decision-making
Review problems, and concerns critically and provide alternatives and solutions
Include the Site Manager, Practice Administrator, and Clinical Lead(s) in the development of new initiatives to understand any impact on operations.
Draft positions as defined by the Implementation Team and approved by the Endowed Chair to expand the Swank Center for Memory Care and Geriatrics’ growth in service, geography, and new program implementation.
Draft, present for review and manage program-specific budget(s)
Explore opportunities for grant dollars to expand program(s) beyond dollars allocated
Report regular updates to the operational and clinical leadership team
Identify opportunities for philanthropic support for Swank initiatives
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in Public Health, Nursing, Public Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare required
Five (5) years of healthcare program management experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered .
