Work Schedule: 

100% day shift position, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Help mentor and teach future health care professionals in MRI.

 

We are seeking a Program Manager, MRI Apprenticeships to:

  • Coordinate and oversee clinical education with didactic education as required to meet the industry standards. 
  • Bring your excitement to teach in the classroom (610 Whitney Way, Madison, WI) as well as teaching clinically at various UW Health MRI suites.
  • Collect clinical education forms, competencies and assign the clinical grade. Instruct and grade the clinical education laboratory experiences and assigned didactic courses for students. 
  • Coordinate work assignments for the apprentices along with assisting with MRI scans.
  • Create and promote a healthy and positive work environment.

  Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CHEA Accredited School of Radiologic Technology Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Preferred
  Work Experience
  • 2 years Clinical experience in MRI Required
  • 3 years Clinical experience in MRI and Preferred
  • 1 year Experience in a leadership or education role Preferred
  Licenses & Certifications
  • ARRT Radiography (RT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) certification by ARRT or AMRIT Upon Hire
  • Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire
  • CPR certification within 3 months of hire within 90 Days
