Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE; day shift. Monday – Friday, early AM shifts ranging 4:30AM – 5:00PM, working 8.5 hour shifts. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI; with some coverage rotation to Eastpark Medical Center. Hours vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist – Nuclear Pharmacy to:
- Be part of a growing area, with cutting-edge techniques and technology.
- Work in a clinic position with radiopharmeceuticals for the detection and treatment of cancer.
- Adapt to a changing environment, demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude to complete any work within the scope of the role.
- Be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker who easily identifies how to prioritize work and manage time.
The ideal candidate will have sterile compounding, hazardous drug compounding or aseptic processing technique experience.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred
- 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school. Required
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
