Description
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:
UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

- We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:
- Join our team of Behavioral Health and Recovery specialists who provide assessment and treatment for patients and families with substance and behavioral concerns.
- Support ambulatory Esketamine (nasal) treatments in the clinic including medication preparation, monitoring and taking vitals under the supervision of RN and attending physician.
- Work on patient documentation/charting and my chart encounters.
- Support other clinical staff as needed.
- Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
- 1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred
- Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required
- CPR/BLS certification Required
