Description
Job Title & Specialty Area: IS Radiology Imaging Manager - (Manager Enterprise Systems)
Department: IS Clinical Application Services
Location: Trinity Towers
Shift: M-F
Job Type: Remote- will need to visit the Dallas/Plano/Prosper, TX locations as needed (This is not a remote position working from other states, you will have to be a Texas resident to be employed with Children's Health)Why Children’s Health?

Summary:
Oversee the enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to prioritize application system needs. Evaluate results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met. Analyze and resolve enterprise software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into enterprise technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures associated with supported systems.
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and other departments to prioritize technology needs, develop technology roadmaps and implementation plans for supported systems, and ensure coordination and completion of project deliverables.
* Evaluate results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met.
* Analyze and resolve software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into core, enterprise clinical and business systems.
* Assist in development, monitoring and reporting of departmental budgets. Evaluate budget performance against assigned projects, and work with IT and operational leaders to address financial and human resource constraints.
* Provide technical support and consultation on the installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing applicable software, hardware and peripherals devices, providing accurate reports with recommendations for improvements.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years' experience in supporting software systems required
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
