Description

The PRN Commit program is a staffing plan to address seasonal surges in patient volumes. Individuals will be expected to commit to a 16-week assignment; opportunities to extend may be available based on patient volumes and staffing need. This is an as needed position; to ensure the best coverage during our season surges, external new hires should be available for 2-3 shifts per week. A completion payout is also available to be paid at the end of each 16-week assignment block.
