Description
Registered Nurse—NICU
Full Time Permanent 3-12 hours Night Shift/PT Wknd 2-12 hours Day or Night shift
Very competitive rates to include shift differentials—$6ph week night/$12ph wknd night/$7.50 wknd only variable

Requirements:
We are looking for applicants with 3 years minimum in a Level III or 2 years minimum in a Level IV
Responsibilities:
· Strong assessment skills and demonstrate critical care thinking
· Evaluates and revises the plan of care based on evolving needs.
· Provides comprehensive, individualized teaching based on identified learning needs of families
· Management of Chest Tubes, Feeding Tubes, High Flow Oxygen, Nasal Cannulas, Tracheostomies, Ventilators, Central Lines, IV Medications Advanced modalities such as ECMO and CRRT
Qualifications:
- BSN in Nursing
- Current TX Nurse license
- TX resident
- At least 1.5 years experience in a NICU IV or 3 years experience in a NICU III
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
