Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of recent experience in area of unit type preferred

  • Valid licensure and / or certifications for state of work

  • Candidates must demonstrate ability to be flexible, adapt to fast paced environment, and remain professional during times of stress and change

  • Drug screen and Background check

Pros

Lot's of floors and many different patient scenarios, never the same each day. level 1 trauma. float pool. A lot of the nurses that were staff there were kind and helpful. charge free of patients. starbucks in the lobby.

Cons

they were always short staffed especially with techs. I never had more than 5 patients but the acuity was definitely high. Some nurses with attitudes there as well. Food was meh
