Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers.
Can cancel up to 36hrs per 13 week contract. 12 hr. orientation non-billable. Modules are not reimbursable. COVID vaccination required. Medical Telemetry Unit Description: Wesson 3 is a medical telemetry unit with a specialty in renal treating peritoneal dialysis patients. GYN and urological postop patients are also common on the unit. We treat patients from the emergency room, ICU step down, intercare stepdown, psych, and general medical patients. Unit size:24 beds Expected raitios: 1:6 Years of experience: at least 1 year CPR certification required Must have MA Perm License on hand at start. COVID vaccinated. Springfield 2 serves a wide variety of patients aged 22 to 100 + with common diagnoses that may include: acute or chronic conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, infections processes, behavioral health, neurological circulatory impairment, kidney disease, and diabetes. • The unit has 32 beds, 16 semi-private rooms, and they have completed several nurse driven change projects including activity/mobility tool, acuity based assignments, capacity management workflow, and foley utilization. BLS (AHA) Required 2 years of Exp Required Submittals to this Shiftwise facility require the following information: -Copy of Nursys Report: -Phone -DOB -Perm. Address -Email Address -SSN -Start Date -RTO (must be disclosed during the submittal for it to be considered). -What desired shift are you submitting for? -Are they open to other shifts is available? -RN State License #, initial date obtained, expiration date -All required Certification expiration dates -Any selling points you want to me share with the facility about your Traveler? -COVID vaccination status? 12Employer
