Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 10 · Patient Ratios :1:5 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Ideally we have 2 nurses, one CNA and one Milieu staff each shift · Type of equipment : ligature reduced · Documentation system: Meditech · Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hour Noc shifts per week, 4 weekend days a month · Floating policy: Floating when needed but rarely happens · Patient Experience requirements: Psych experience preferred Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: BLS
