Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 18 · Number of Staff – 1 CNC, 5FT RNs, 2 FT LPNs · Type of staff: Mixed o Day Shift – 1 RN, 2 LPN, 2 PCT o Night Shift – 1 RN, 2LPN, 2 PCT · Patient Ratios – Nursing 1:6, PCTs 1:9 · Type of equipment – IV pumps, PCA pumps, SCDs, K pads Must have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Medication Administration · Clinical Assessment Experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Working with NG tubes, feeding tubes, Foley Caths, Surgical Drains · Wound Care experience · IV fluid and medication administration List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Surgical assessments, post op care · Pt teaching Best personality Fit: · Flexibility REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS Floating Area(s): · Med Surg and Inpt.
