Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 29 · Number of Staff – 36 · Type of staff: o Day Shift –skills mix RN, LPN, C.N.A. Clinical Coordinator 7 days a week o Night Shift – RN, LPN, C.N.A. Clinical Team Leads 7 nights a week · Patient Ratios – 1:5, occasional 1:6 if in critical staffing shortage and all resources utilized. Non-typical. · Type of equipment – Hill Rom beds, Baxter IV pumps, SCD pumps etc… · EMR – Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · BLS & ACLS · TELEMETRY EXPERIENCE Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · CHARGE EXPERIENCE List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · CENTRAL LINE PLACEMENT · Most procedures done in procedural area’s or if patient upgraded to ICU will be performed there.
