Job Description

Essential Functions

• Collects and analyzes data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
• Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds.
• Requires intact senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch) and finger dexterity.
• Critical thinking and ability to concentrate are essential.
• Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.

Additional Information

Skills Required

• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status (American Heart Association).
• Current RN license or temporary license in the state of practice.
• For National License Compact (NLC) states, must meet home state licensure requirements.

Oncology Experience

• Proficiency in IV therapy, bone marrow procedures, spinals, thoracenteses, paracenteses, and phlebotomy preferred.
• Oncology certification preferred.

Contract Length

• 180 days
