Pride Health is hiring for a EEG Tech to support our client’s medical facility based in Urbana, IL 61801. This is a 13 Week Contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:
Perform neurodiagnostic tests, including various types of EEGs.
Clean and disinfect equipment, adhering to infection control policies.
Document results in patient charts and notify physicians for abnormal EEG findings.
Explain procedures to patients to ensure optimal test results.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and arrange repairs when necessary.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma OR GED.
Graduate of CAAHEP accredited EEG program (new grads welcome) OR 2 years of EEG/EMU hands-on experience.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
American Board of Registration of EEG/EP Technologists (ABRET). -BLS (American Heart Assoc.)

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour
