Job Opportunity: Travel RN - BMT Oncology

Position Overview

Unit Information

  • Unit: BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant)
  • Number of Beds: 37
  • Staffing:
    • Total Staff: 82 nurses; 7 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
    • Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 15-16 nurses, 3 PCTs
    • Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 15-16 nurses
  • Patient Ratios: 3:1
  • Equipment: Alaris Pumps
  • EMR: Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Skills

  • BMT ICU Experience
  • ACLS Certification

Preferred Skills

  • Chemotherapy Certification
  • BMTCN and/or OCN Certification

  • Chemotherapy administration
