Job Details
- Patient Ratios: 1:6, flexible based on organizational needs
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- RTO (Request Time Off): Maximum of 7 days; no RTO from May 7 to May 14
- Float Requirement: Yes, across multiple campuses (main campus, New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital, Pender Memorial Hospital)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Additional Responsibilities
- Contract staff may be required to work on a Storm Team or Hurricane Team during catastrophic events or disasters.
- Care for patients in various medical, surgical, and telemetry units, including those held in the ED.

Orientation
- Duration: 24 hours (2 shifts)

Additional Information
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Internal Notes: Must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty.

- Various accounting documents, certifications, health documents, and facility-specific documents are required for compliance and onboarding.

Health Requirements
- Flu vaccination documentation required by October 31, 2024.
