Overview

- Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10 (for the right candidate)
Job Description
We are seeking an RN with experience in acute case management. Traveler experience is a plus.
Note: Conditional licenses are accepted for this position. Applicants must have already begun the permanent licensure process. If selected, the assignment will be for the duration of the conditional license, with an extension reviewed once the permanent license is issued.
Required Credentials
- BLS Certification: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted.
- License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary vaccination series or up-to-date COVID vaccine required.
- MMR Vaccination: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity via blood test.
- TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test screening or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date.
- Health Statement: Signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
- MGB Criminal Background Check: Required within 45 days prior to start date.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI: Attestation indicating date completed and findings required within 30 days prior to start date.
- MGB Resume: Include past 7 years of work experience with city & state.
- MGB References: Two recent references, including at least one supervisor or above.
- MGB Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
- MGB Education Verification: Verification of highest level of education achieved.
- MGB SSN Trace: Must verify addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check: Conducted within 30 days of start.
- MGB Exclusion Checks: Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
- Fit Test: N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date.
Additional Information
- Documentation must be uploaded as PDF where specified.
- All required credentials must be completed prior to onboarding.
- No exemptions or waivers for vaccination requirements will be considered.
