Job Description

Seeking an experienced CT technologist to work in a busy Level One Trauma and Stroke center. The position is for the 3rd shift, Friday to Monday, consisting of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts. The department utilizes GE and Siemens CT scanners, typically operating with a two-tech model on each scanner, with five to six techs working third shift most nights.

Required Credentials

1. BLS Certification: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted.
2. License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date.
3. Fit Test: N95 fit test required within 365 days prior to start date, updated annually.
4. ARRT Certification: Required.
5. COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccination required.
6. MMR Vaccination: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity required.
7. Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
8. TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test required within 3 months of start date.
9. Health Statement: Physician statement required within 365 days of start date.
10. MGB Criminal Background Check: Required.
11. MGB Massachusetts CORI: Required.
12. MGB Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience.
13. MGB References: Two recent references required, including at least one supervisor.
14. MGB Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
15. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
16. Education Verification: Verification of highest level of education achieved required.
17. MGB SSN Trace: Required.
18. MGB National Sex Offender Check: Required.
19. MGB Exclusion Checks: Required.

Additional Information

• Documentation must be uploaded as specified, and all health history requirements must be met prior to the start date.
• Strongly preferred: Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity.
• TB Screening Form must be completed prior to start and updated annually if applicable.
